I found this hostel to be a great choice in Munich, overall. The rooms were clean and the location was ideal, just a short walk from the main train station and the old town. However, there were a few hiccups during our stay, particularly with the reception staff and some confusion during payments. Despite these issues, I would definitely return for the value and comfort it offers.
The hostel had a great atmosphere with a convenient location close to the central station. While I appreciated the friendly bar and free breakfast, my experience was marred by bed bugs, which is a serious concern. It’s a shame because the setup of the hostel is perfect for socializing, but the cleanliness issue really stood out. I don’t think I would return after this experience.
The hostel is located in the city center, making it convenient for exploring. The free breakfast surpassed my expectations with a variety of options. However, I faced some issues with a staff member at the reception who was quite rude, affecting my overall experience. The friendly cleaning staff left a positive impression even amid these challenges.
I chose this place for its affordability and closeness to Munich's central station, and it didn’t disappoint on those fronts. The beds were comfortable, and the provision of personal lights and charging sockets was a nice touch. However, the cleanliness and the overall vibe could use improvement, and the staff seemed indifferent at times. The complimentary drinks were a great perk, but the lack of social integration was disappointing.

However, the rooms were quite dated and not as clean as I would have hoped. The staff were pleasant and tried to help, but some issues took away from the experience. Overall, it’s a decent option if you're just looking for a place to crash for a night or two.
